What's To Love
Location. Exit the neighborhood to the right and you’re at the Promenade. Go left and you’re at the Shoppes. And the new YMCA is your nextdoor neighbor. Lots of housing options to choose from depending on your style. Three community pools to top it all off.
What's Not To Love
The downstairs living space can feel a bit tight in some models. Some units are in desperate need of some updating so be prepared. Patio style yards although the surrounding greenbelts often make up for that. Few true single story models here.
