What's To Love

Big square footage in a townhome? That’s a rare find. HOA fees that don’t break the bank are just as rare for a townhome. And let’s not forget the location. Quick and easy access to everything is a definite perk.

What's Not To Love

There’s a big difference between sections of this neighborhood. The units by the freeway get a lot of road noise, surprisingly though, the noise goes down quite a bit just by being one street up. Budget some updating money too. Many are in need.

Who Should Look Here

First time home buyers love Chateau Park. I would know, it was the first home I ever purchased back in 1998. You’ll find a good mix of all types of neighbors here from young families just starting out, to original owners going back to the late 80s.
