Foxmoor Glen Homes
Foxmoor Glen is one of Westlake’s original neighborhoods and is sister to both Foxmoor, and Foxmoor Cove. Their similarities are undeniable and they all hold tight to the classic charm of Westlake Village. Like its sisters, Foxmoor Glen offers an abundance of different floor plans and lot types. And the location is just down the street from some of the best restaurants and shopping in the area.
Who Should Look Here
Foxmoor tends to be a contender for someone in the market for a family friendly neighborhood but wants a little more than a bedroom community. Your typical neighbors are likely a blend of families with school age kids, and a decent amount of empty nesters. Westlake owns some of the best shopping centers and restaurants around making it one of the more active areas in the Conejo Valley.
What's To Love
The same things we loved about the other Foxmoors – Location! Westlake Lake and the Westlake Plaza are practically your neighbors. Pair that with the classic Westlake Village architecture and you may have found yourself a real winner. When you’re in the mood for a driving adventure, Westlake Blvd will get you over to Malibu although there are more direct routes if you can’t do a windy road.
What's Not To Love
Older homes often have older systems so you may need to budget for some upgrades. Some of the plans don’t match the desires of today’s modern buyer.
