Attn. Families: Three Springs is meant for you. From a bird’s eye view, it’s got the looks of a bedroom community, but neighbors will tell you, the relationships make it so much more. In the heart of Westlake Village, it’s got the usual perks (schools, the lake, restaurants, etc.). But the comradery of Three Springs is the true draw. It’s the kind of neighborhood that throws a crazy annual Halloween Party (truly).
Who Should Look Here
Families with school age kids gravitate towards Three Springs for obvious reasons. Affluent parents with two or more kids make up the bulk of your neighbors, but certainly not all. Family-centric and prime location is the draw here.
What's To Love
Who says size doesn’t matter? Don’t expect a mansion in Three Springs but from the open floor plans and large yards, to the oversized kitchens & full sized family rooms, there’s a lot to love here!
What's Not To Love
Some homes are stuck in the 80s so be prepared to do some updating. If you live in the backend of the neighborhood, it can take a while to make your way out of Three Springs.
