Los Robles Estates and townhomes is a super unique little neighborhood in that you’ll find both single family homes and townhomes behind the gates. The single family homes line only one street within the neighborhood, single story on one side and two-story on the other. While the rest of the community is made up of townhomes.
What's To Love
The opportunity to get behind the gates at such different price points is a big bonus. There are not many neighborhoods in the Conejo Valley that offer the security and amenities of a gated community without paying a premium.
What's Not To Love
There are only 33 single family homes leaving it hard to get your hands on one of these vs. the townhomes. Also, depending on your lot location, you may get some freeway noise.
