Affordable and gated don’t often go together in Westlake Village, but the Colony homes are just that. The duplex homes have a unique Cape Cod style and feel that you don’t often find in Westlake Village. A private pool/spa & tennis court add to the neighborhood’s appeal. And the central location to local shops & dining is the icing on the cake.
Who Should Look Here
The Tri-level layout lends itself to younger families and singles (or newly single). Your typical neighbor is likely a mix of families with school age kids with some singles sprinkled in there. If you’re looking to land in Westlake Village at a more affordable price, then this neighborhood is worth a look.
What's To Love
The Shoppes, Westlake Lake, and The Stonehaus Winery (aka The Best of Westlake Village) are all just a short ways away. If you have a reader in the family, the local library is right next door. And last but not least, Wade’s Wines is literally across the street. If you don’t know it yet, chances are, you will.
What's Not To Love
The tri-level layout won’t work for everyone and there is no two story option if it doesn’t. Freeway noise can be an issue if you’re sensitive to it. Don’t expect a grand kitchen or large yard, but if a kitchen nook and quaint patio is all you need, then these homes may work for you.
