What's To Love

Location! Westlake Lake and the Westlake Plaza are practically your neighbors. Pair that with the classic Westlake Village architecture and you may have found yourself a real winner. When you’re in the mood for a driving adventure, Westlake Blvd will get you over to Malibu although there are more direct routes if you can’t do a windy road.

*If you like what you see, consider checking out Foxmoor Cove and Foxmoor Glen.

What's Not To Love

Older homes often have older systems so you may need to budget for some upgrades. Some of the plans don’t match the desires of today’s modern buyer.

Who Should Look Here

Foxmoor tends to be a contender for someone in the market for a family friendly neighborhood but wants a little more than a bedroom community.  Your typical neighbors are likely a blend of families with school age kids, and a decent amount of empty nesters. Westlake owns some of the best shopping centers and restaurants around making it one of the more active areas in the Conejo Valley. The Foxmoor community pool/spa, and the local conveniences offer a welcoming place to get to know them.
