Watergate draws buyers with its affordability and central location. These single family townhomes are literally walking distance from some of Westlake’s greatest, and a short drive to pretty much everything else. Not to brag, but even Westlake Lake is only about a half mile away with waterfront restaurants and killer views.

First time home buyers and retirees make up the bulk of Watergate neighbors. Many young families call it home too. Low maintenance and easy access to restaurants and boutiques make it an ideal place to get your feet wet in Westlake Village.
What's To Love
Low maintenance. Of course, every home requires care, but with smaller yards these townhomes are great for the busy bodies that don’t look forward to weekly gardening and heavy duty upkeep.
What's Not To Love
The usual issue of a 40+ year old home, although many have already been gutted at this point. Older homes often have older systems so you may need to budget for some upgrades. There is no 3 bedroom model (that’s a typo in the video).
