Who Should Look Here
Empty nesters make up much of OakRidge Estates. However the neighborhood is starting to see more turnover as kids move on and the parents downsize. It’s a great spot for those seeking a larger house in a safe neighborhood at a more affordable price.
What's To Love
OakRidge Estates sits just a few minutes from Newbury Park’s largest shopping centers – restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and a few crowd favorites like Home Depot & Target.
What's Not To Love
As we’ve said in the past, not all schools in Thousand Oaks hold up to the Conejo Valley standard. Before we scare you off, the schools here aren’t bad, but if it’s high on your priority list, you may consider looking into some different neighborhoods.
