The Brock Collection is in the running for Lang Ranch’s best neighborhood. It’s tucked into the hills providing some views of the surrounding mountains. It looks and feels like a traditional neighborhood should and offers an ideal setting for families to grow.
Who Should Look Here
Like most of Lang Ranch, families dominate this neighborhood. Your typical neighbor is a family with school age kids and the usual empty nesters. Lang Ranch is widely considered the top area of Thousand Oaks due to the newer architecture, the excellent schools, and the close proximity to Westlake Village.
What's To Love
Walking distance to the highly regarded Lang Ranch Elementary is a definite perk. Much lower HOA fees than some of the surrounding similar homes. You get a much bigger backyard than you’ll often find in the gated Lang Ranch communities. And the open concept floor plans delights many home buyers.
What's Not To Love
If you were hoping for a community pool, you’ll want to look in one of the gated communities. Plan of doing some updating unless you love the 80s.
