Gated: Woodridge Homes
Guard gated, grand layouts, and newer construction – if those items top your list, you’re going to like it here. Woodridge is one of those hidden gated communities you might not know about unless you knew someone who lives here. It’s tucked back in the hills of Thousand Oaks which means it’s surrounded by mountain views and hiking trails abound. And when I say grand, I’m talking wide open kitchens, sprawling family rooms, and suite size master bedrooms. It’s a home you’re unlikely to outgrow.

What's To Love
It’s got the curb appeal that we find…appealing. The size of the house definitely makes you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth compared to other homes in this price range. Real sense of community here – kids know each other, parents stop and say hello.
What's Not To Love
Location if often key here. Back the canyon and your view will make us all jealous, back another home and your neighbor may get to know you more intimately than you’d like. HOAs aren’t cheap, but someone has to pay the guard.
