Lake Lindero Homes
Lake Lindero runs the full gamut of style and condition. At its best, the homes are redone and move in ready on streets that please the pickiest of home buyers, the HOA dues get you access to the Olympic sized pool, and the homes offer views of the surrounding golf course. As for the rest, the houses are in need of a complete makeover, don’t have pool access, and live on streets that look a bit tired – location, location, location.

Lake Lindero is an excellent choice for first time home buyers to settle and start a family. Your typical neighbor is likely younger families with school age kids and some empty nesters who have made Lake Lindero a permanent home. If you’re looking to land in Agoura Hills at a more affordable price, then this neighborhood is worth a look.
What's To Love
We love a safe and family friendly neighborhood and Lake Lindero doesn’t leave that quality behind. In any part of Lake Lindero you’ll see kids playing in the street and neighbors taking an evening dog walk. The borderline Westlake Village location makes it easy to enjoy the best of both Agoura Hills and Westlake Village.
What's Not To Love
It’s hit and miss here. Jump on it if you find one of Lake Lindero’s good ones. Be prepared to give your home a little TLC if you don’t – feel free to censor our bias though, it doesn’t have to be a bad thing.
