What's To Love
Views like these are hard to come by in a neighborhood in this price range and most of the yards are built just the right size to enjoy them. Plus, even with no HOA, the homes are well maintained and bring that craved curb appeal.
What's Not To Love
The flip side to having such a great view is the steep hillside that allows for it. This may be no sweat when driving to and from work but it’ll likely take a toll on walking the dogs and/or taking a morning jog.
