Fieldstone and Falconridge Homes
Fieldstone and Falconridge make up two of the eight Lang Ranch neighborhoods of Thousand Oaks. Being slightly older than most other Lang Ranch neighborhoods means the lots are often bigger for the same price and with room for a pool. The center park makes for a change in scenery and will often get the neighbors out for evening and weekend walks.
Who Should Look Here
If you’re feeling a little cramped in the gated Lang Ranch communities, Fieldstone/Falconridge may give you the space you need. Especially if you desire a more traditional sized yard. Being tucked back from the main roads gives the feeling of a little more seclusion while keeping you close to all the good stuff.
What's To Love
You certainly get more house for your dollar in Fieldstone and Falconridge compared to most other neighborhoods in Lang Ranch. Plus it’s right up the street from the Oakbrook Plaza shopping center which keeps day to day chores under wraps.
What's Not To Love
The homes are a little bit older and many of them show their age. A nice paint job would do the trick but with no HOA it can’t be forced.
