Lang Ranch pops up a lot when filtering through the areas of Thousand Oaks. It’s a hot commodity and it’s pieced into separate neighborhoods which means there’s a lot to talk about. Three gated communities belong to Lang Ranch, and Eagle Ridge is sought to be the most desireable – the curb appeal sure doesn’t go unnoticed. But it’s high demand stems from more than a pretty face; the streets are wider, there’s more space between homes, and it carries an active and welcoming community.
Who Should Look Here
Eagle Ridge encompasses the true definition of community. It’s more of a move-up neighborhood so most of the lifestyles parallel one another. Your neighbor is likely to be parents with school age kids who were drawn to the neighborhood for the same reasons you are.
What's To Love
Neighbors get to know each other here. Kid’s commonly get together to play in the streets and use the community pool. This is the place where every house is decorated for Halloween – it’s just what you do. And the schools – Lang Ranch Elementary and Westlake High – two of the most sought after schools in the area.
What's Not To Love
There aren’t many ways to put to down Eagle Ridge. The yards are on the small side, but really the rest of the neighborhood makes up for where they lack.
