What's To Love
The sense of privacy and seclusion is comforting in East Hill while remaining only a short drive to local amenities. Your purchasing power goes further in this neighborhood. You won’t find many large homes with golf course views in this price range elsewhere.
What's Not To Love
The location isn’t for everyone. While there is a sense of tranquility, the isolation makes going to the grocery store feel like a bit more of a chore compared to other neighborhoods. The elementary school is not up to our regular Conejo Valley standards which might be worth taking into consideration if you’ve got some youngsters.

Who Should Look Here
Empty nesters make up much of East Hill. However the neighborhood is starting to see more turnover as kids move on and the parents downsize. It’s a great spot for those seeking a larger house in a safe neighborhood at a more affordable price.
