Lake Lindero Homes
Lake Lindero runs the full gamut of style and condition. At its best, the homes are redone and move in ready on streets that please the pickiest of home buyers, the HOA dues get you access to the Olympic sized pool, and the homes offer views of the surrounding golf course. As for the rest, the houses are in need of a complete makeover, don’t have pool access, and live on streets that look a bit tired – location, location, location.

Who Should Look Here
Lake Lindero is an excellent choice for first time home buyers to settle and start a family. Your typical neighbor is likely younger families with school age kids and some empty nesters who have made Lake Lindero a permanent home. LAKE LINDERO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Most buyers expect a consistent neighborhood, but Lake Lindero swings widely from street to street. Some homes back the golf course and include access to community amenities, while others just a few streets away still need significant updating. The neighborhood name alone doesn’t tell you what you’re getting.
Prices typically run $800k-$2M. Updated homes with golf course views and pool access usually sit toward the top of that range, while original-condition homes can sell for significantly less. Touring several homes is the best way to understand just how much condition varies here.
Lake Lindero offers one of the more affordable entries into a single-family neighborhood in Agoura Hills. The golf course and community pool are nice perks, but what really attracts buyers is the opportunity to own a detached home in a strong school district without paying the premium you’ll find in many nearby neighborhoods.
Both are excellent options for those looking for a single family home in Agoura Hills at a more affordable price. The decision will often come down to the house itself rather than the neighborhood.
Check out Hillrise homes
Lake Lindero attracts first-time buyers, young families, and buyers relocating into the Agoura Hills school district. Many are looking for a detached home at a price that’s difficult to find elsewhere in the area.
Condition varies enough that seeing homes in person is especially important. Photos don’t always tell the full story, and the best-updated homes tend to attract multiple buyers quickly, so it’s important to know what you’re looking for before they hit the market.
