Michael has been pretty much the best real estate broker that we have done business with; so much so that when we bought in another state, we asked him to provide a referral so we could have the same level of expertise and skills.
Honestly though, he provides more than just expertise and knowledge, there is a certain comfort level working with him that I haven’t experience with others.
We never felt rushed or pressured into making an offer. We always felt that he was available for us even though he’s fairly busy. Having also dealt with “not so good” brokers, I want to spread the word so more people can work with “the best of the best.
