There is a secondary option for both elementary and middle school - Cypress Elementary and Sequoia Middle School. Things to Keep in Mind

Dos Vientos can feel a little secluded. It sits on the furthest end of Newbury Park and you'll notice a bit of distance from shopping centers and restaurants compared to most neighborhoods in Conejo Valley. Day to day conveniences are still within a short drive and Dos Vientos backs against the Santa Monica Mountains providing some serenity that most will say makes up for the distance. Amgen employees beware your coworkers will likely double as your neighbors.

 

Who Should Look Here

Dos Vientos' new construction and distinguished schools bring in families from all over, but the location makes it incredibly popular with Amgen employees. Overall, the range in housing options and affordability is much higher than you'll find in the majority of Conejo Valley. If Westlake Village, Oak Park, and Agoura Hills aren't fitting into the budget, Dos Vientos just might.
