Michael Rice is the type of agent that we dreamed of having, but didn’t know actually existed. His communication skills, patience, knowledge, and overall expertise is unlike anyone else we have ever worked with. We never needed to worry, because we knew Michael was on top of things. He never let us down. He was beyond patient as he went with me from house to house in a variety of cities so that we could find the perfect home for our family. I never felt rushed, or like he had somewhere else to be.
He makes you feel like you’re his only client (even though I knew that wasn’t the case.) He is honest and always steered us in the right direction.
If we ever need a real estate agent again, Michael is the only person we will be calling. However, he worked so hard to find us our dream home, that I don’t think we will be going anywhere anytime soon. We cannot thank Michael enough for all he did for us. Especially since he was even working during Thanksgiving and Christmas to finalize everything with the sale of our old home, and the purchase of our new one! We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a real estate agent!
