What's To Love
We like a Newbury Park neighborhoods that sits close to this side of Thousand Oaks. The Oaks and Janss Mall are right around the corner. And so is Moorpark Road – there’s not much you can’t find on Moorpark Rd.
What's Not To Love
Both the 101 and Lynn Road might bring some road noise depending on the location of your home. This doesn’t seem to be a huge issue in this neighborhood but it’s worth taking the time for a quick listen as you’re shopping homes.
