Rolling Hills Estates

Rolling Hills owns some of the largest homes for its price range. Like most neighborhoods of Oak Park, Rolling Hills is loved for it’s family friendly vibe and atmosphere (great schools and tons of parks). It’s a mature neighborhood meaning homes are unique in style and typically have larger yards compared to newer constructed homes.

Oak Park | Safe, Peaceful, Award-Winning Schools

Oak Park is the smallest of the Conejo Valley towns. It’s safe, peaceful, and known for its award-winning schools. There’s a calm that comes with living here that feels secure and relaxed. You get the experience of seclusion while remaining only a couple miles from both Westlake Village and Agoura Hills, keeping your day-to-day conveniences within arms reach.

Who Should Look Here

Rolling Hills has character and charm that you can’t find everywhere. Your typical neighbor is likely a mix of families with school age kids and some empty nesters. If you appreciate the maturity of a more established neighborhood, Rolling Hills is a good place to start looking. The schools are ranked the highest in all of Ventura County keeping Rolling Hills at the top of the list for the family friendly.
