Ridgefield Homes
Curb appeal, layout, and neighborhood vibe is what makes Ridgefield stand apart. It strikes the right balance between a lifestyle surrounded by open space and majestic hills while remaining close to the daily things we need. The newer construction means open floor plans and high ceiling. And if you’re lucky enough to find one on the view side, you’ve really hit the jackpot.
Oak Park | Safe, Peaceful, Award-Winning Schools
Oak Park is the smallest of the Conejo Valley towns. It’s safe, peaceful, and known for its award-winning schools. There’s a calm that comes with living here that feels secure and relaxed. You get the experience of seclusion while remaining only a couple miles from both Westlake Village and Agoura Hills, keeping your day-to-day conveniences within arms reach.

What's To Love
Most of the streets end on a cul-de-sac which makes it a great place for kids to play in the street. Our favorite trailhead (Palo Comado Trail) is literally right in the neighborhood. Once you hit the trail, you can hike or bike for days through the open space.
What's Not To Love
The HOAs are on the high side for what you get (common area maintenance). No real walkability to any stores.

CONEJO VALLEY GUY
My Neighborhood Profiles bridge the gap between online research and real-life neighborhood knowledge so you can make confident decisions about where to live. As your local Realtor®, I can help you find and buy your new Conejo Valley Home!
Who Should Look Here
Similar to its neighbor Country Glen, Ridgefield appeals to families with school age kids. Your typical neighbor is just that – couples in their 30s and 40s with kids attending one of the highly regarded Oak Park schools. People tend to hold on to their homes here (there’s little reason to move) so empty nesters make up a chunk of your neighbors too.
