Arbor Hills falls right in line with neighborhoods like Conejo Crest and Sunset Ridge.
Big homes. Built in the late 90s/early ‘00s. And reasonably priced.
Reasonably priced, sounds ironic when speaking about a million dollars. But homes of this size and era aren’t often easy to come by in the $1 mil. range.
Who Should Look Here
Arbor Hills caters to move-up buyers looking for the extra space a growing family will likely need. The nearby schools are most likely to draw in families with teenagers, grown children, or no kids at all.
