Here’s what working together typically looks like:
IN-PERSON MEETING
After an initial call, we’ll set up a time to walk through your home together. During this meeting, we’ll talk through the market, pricing, and how your home fits into today’s conditions. We’ll also discuss what’s worth doing before listing, what isn’t, and where trade-offs might come into play.
By the end of our meeting, you’ll feel confident and prepared, knowing we have a clear plan to successfully sell your home.
PREPARATION & MARKET LAUNCH
Once we agree on the plan, we’ll move into preparation and launch. That includes getting the home ready, finalizing pricing, and making sure it’s exposed to buyers who are actively looking in the area.
As the home is on the market, I’ll keep you updated on activity and feedback so we can adjust along the way if needed.
OFFERS → CLOSING
When offers come in, we’ll walk through them together and focus on what you’ll actually net at the end of the sale. I’ll help you see how price, terms, and concessions play into that, and where it makes sense to push back versus where it doesn’t.
From there, I’ll guide you through negotiations, escrow, and closing, keeping things moving and helping you reach a result that reflects the plan we put in place.
