Shadow Ridge Townhomes

Shadow Ridge is hands down the most affordable neighborhood in Oak Park. And very little is left behind with the budget. Its known for its many amenities: two pools, gym, and racquetball area. And tucked back up on a hill is a barbeque area, tennis, and basketball courts – very cool. For those with a starter-home budget, this is one of the best areas to start.

What's To Love

An active vibe that’s fun and inviting. In-unit full size laundry – which is rare in townhome and condo communities. Some have a tandem garage but not all. HOA covers trash, water and basic cable – nice perk!

What's Not To Love

It can feel a little apartment-like in some buildings. There are no elevators so plan on a bunch of stairs for the upper units.

A smiling man with gray hair in a blue button-down shirt stands against a wall in a sunlit corridor with hanging lanterns and green vines, ready to start an area tour.

Who Should Look Here
