It could almost be argued that Country Vista was designed for first time buyers. It is a great option for someone looking for entry-level housing in Oak Park. What's To Love
Getting outside – Country Vista is so green living here feels like a different area entirely. Also Oak Canyon Park – a local favorite fully stocked with a duck pond, playgrounds and a splash park. There’s even a creek for crawdad fishing.
What's Not To Love
With so many floor plans and styles, it’s hard to make generalities, however you do want to choose carefully here. Not all homes are created equal. Some of the non-conventional layouts can make for a tough resale. And if a garage with direct access is your thing, you may not like the units that are detached.
