What's To Love

Lots of open floor plans here. Large kitchens that flow into the family room and family friendly layouts that deliver the goods. Indian Springs park (one of my favorites) is just a stone’s throw away and restaurants & shopping options are plentiful. It somehow manages to stay well kept without the usual HOA dues so prevalent in Oak Park.

What's Not To Love

New roofs and other systems of the house (a/c, furnace) are getting to replacement age.

A smiling man with gray hair in a blue button-down shirt stands against a wall in a sunlit corridor with hanging lanterns and green vines, ready to start an area tour.

Who Should Look Here

This neighborhood was built for families. Your typical neighbor is likely a family with school age kids with some empty nesters sprinkled in. If you dig Oak Park, but want a little more originality, you may have found a home.
