Michael Rice IS the “ConejoValleyGuy.” Working with Michael, my wife and I found our new perfect family home. It was a long and tiring experience relocating from the East Coast. I can’t imagine how much more difficult it would have been without his assistance. His deep knowledge of the area from neighborhood feel to schools certainly helped us prioritize locations and ultimately place a successful bid. We knew nothing of the area and felt quite lost at times. He was always there: professional, understanding and supportive.
What I appreciated most beyond his ability to distill in a non-biased manner the pros and cons of one area over another was his no-pressure approach to clients.
We never felt rushed or pressured in one direction over another. He gave us the information and time we needed to make the best decisions we could. Moving three young kids and a dog cross-country is no fun. If you have to do it, have Michael help you!
